All orders are sent by a courier service free of charge. (Orders can take upto 48 hrs). WE DO NOT DELIVER AT WEEKENDS. ( Saturdays or Sundays ). Free delivery is only available for deliveries being made within the UK Mainland. We will not deliver to the following ( Scottish Highlands, Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man etc). All items require a signature. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your item. if the courier fails to get a signature they will leave a calling card with a telephone number for your local depot. You can then rearrange delivery directly with them at a suitable time. We cannot be held responsible for any subsequent delays from our courier company. Compensation CAN NOT be offered in any circumstance for delayed deliveries due to the courier company involved, nor for any persons who have travelled or taken the day of work in order to recieve the item.
Items damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge.
If your item is not in stock, when a purchase has been made, we will notify you and place a back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to: cancel your order if you would rather not wait and a full refund will be issued.
14 DAY REFUND POLICY
If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 days of the purchase date. ( The item must be recieved by us within 14 day timescale. we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays with your item reaching us. Please ensure your item is therefore sent appropriately.) The product must be UNOPENED with ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING, along with a short covering letter.
Please note we do not pay postage on any refunded or returned items.
